Hi,
This past week I have rather frantically been crocheting a cross wall
hanging for my pastor. Tonight we're celebrating his thirtieth anniversary
with our church. I didn't have a pattern for this project; I just made it up
like I often do with the smaller items I make.
Thanks
Lauren

Subject: [Nfb-krafters-korner] What projects are you working on?

There has been all this chatter about Convention in Orlando & Dallas, I
would like to know what everyone else who is not traveling doing to keep
busy with their crafting?

I am going crazy sitting around very limited in what I can do with one & a
half arms. I have been sitting cruising the internet looking for projects
to do when I get 2 arms and hands back.

What new project has anyone started in the last couple of months? Is it
something you never did before? What type of crafting are you using to do
it? Crocheting? Beading? Looming?sewing, etc.

Summer is a time that we tend to put down our crafting and be outside,
traveling, digging in the garden. Well when that is done remember you can
always drag out your chair outside along with a craft project and breathe in
the fresh air, look at the work you did in your garden and take time to
smell the flowers, but keep those hands and mind going.

For those who are baking in those summer temperatures. Crank up that air
conditioning and drag your chair over to the window and glance around the
air conditioner to see those flowers outside, but first run into the
bathroom and get the flowery air freshner and sprint some of that near where
you will be sitting.
