[Nfb-krafters-korner] Complete Pattern Roses and Chat

Below is the complete pattern I shared with the list over 3 days last week.
Above find the chain amounts for the type of rose you are doing from a bud
to a small rose to a large one. If you have any questions please find the
phone number below the pattern for the Wednesday, May 6 chat at 8 PM for any
help you may need.

 

Rose Pattern

 

The instructions to make any of the roses are worked the same, if you want a
bud to large open rose, follow the instructions below.

 

For a bud: chain 12, large bud chain 15

Rose flower: use a chain 21 for small, medium chain 34, large chain 41

 

Make your foundation row Leave at least a 6 inch piece of yarn at the start
to use later., I taugh chain 21

Row one: Make 1 dc in fourth chain from hook. Ch 2, 2 dc in same stitch. Ch
1 Repeat following to end of row, Skip 2 ch, 2 dc, ch 2, 2 dc all in same
stitch, ch 1. At end of row ch 2 and turn.

Row 2: Sl st in first space, counts as 1 dc, make 6 dc in same space, sc in
next st. Repeat till end of row, 7 dc in space st, 1 sc next st, repeat to
end of row and fasten

Roll stitches in a cone shape, thread the tail that your left in the
beginning starting point onto a tapestry needle and stitch into the bottom
chain row to hold the rose together. You might need to place a stitch on the
last petal to hold in place and add additional stitches in the bottom to
secure rose. Open rose and rose is complete.
