Hi bobby;

If you read the book, carefully, it says, clearly, you do not use knots, but stitch over your tail.
You can cut your yarn to a length, you are comfortable with. I am used to using a long piece of yarn and doing each loop with one piece of yarn. I would do at least half the loop, or 2 sides, if you can not do the whole loop. Do not stop in the middle of a side.
Slide your tail under your existing stitches, 5 or so, stitches.
When measuring my yarn, I hold the end in one hand, and spread my arms, wide, 2 times and cut the yarn. Try it once and see if you can handle that length.

Terry P.

Subject: [Nfb-krafters-korner] Question about plastic canvas

This message is for Terry Powers. hey Terry I have a question about the yarn with the plastic canvas. I've had to start all over several times, because I did not have enough slack in the yarn. I don't know how long to make the yarn or if I should cut it a certain length and not it. Please help?

Bobbi
