Lion Brand is pretty responsive to us. So tell them through an email and
call them of your problems navigating the site. Me, I totally cheat and use
google and that gives me the exact link for a brand of yarn I am looking
for. But mainly I use the site to look at the free patterns and get ideas.  
Now patterns are a bit of a bear to find the exact one. I was looking at a
baby blanket pattern and wanted to see how it was made. So I clicked on the
link. Hit H to find the description. Then further down it gives the color
combinations. Below that is the pattern in detail. So why the junk
in-between the description of the pattern and the actual stitches, I don't
know but do not like the change. So all fingers pointing at myself for not
telling them I don't like this change and why with my screen reader, I can't
get to the stitches easily. If they had a heading or something like that to
mark out the sections of yarn colors, and another for the actual stitches,
this would be so much better. 

There is also a company to refer them to that evaluates web sites for screen
readers and it is run by the blind with quite a wonderful reputation of
working with National, businesses, state, county web sites. That evaluating
company is:

 They were just in the newspaper for helping to fix a county in New York and
bringing that county site up to code. This company also evaluated a State
run site here in WA. So Lion Brand could really use help from My Blind Spot.
So you can give them a tool to help them evaluate then fix their site.

I am finding Jo ann's site to be easier to navigate!  I bought the white for
the football, over the weekend and just went on the site and ordered the
brown, on sale, with a $3 shipping!

Maybe I will get good at ordering from sites, thanks to my mentor, Jill!
