Here is the information from the manufacturer. It allows time for 
repositioning and works on a variety of materials. But, just so you are 
aware, it is not water safe. So, if you got in a downpour, your hair piece 
could fall apart. Just so you know. Here is the information from the Beacon

• Hold pieces together without pinning or taping.

Don't know unless you try it.

It is thick and it stays where you put what you are putting on.

As I said they were gluing beads and other things on clay pots & pre school
age kids.

I thought when I looked it up it mentioned glue on glass etc.  I just wanted
to get the Brand name along with the name that is why I did a google search.

Per Amazon, that glue is for styrofoam. Will it work for these projects?
