Hi Greg
Am I trying to be smart or am I clever? Hehehe
Does one work on the double loom where the 2 rows of pegs are quite near
together in the same way a double-bed knitting machine works; 2 stitches on
the front pegs and then the same amount of stitches on the back pegs? Would
that form a rib like knitting with 2 needles?

I suspect that Lauren needs a little more detail than a pattern. If this is
her first long loom, she will need a little explanation of what to do with
the thing. I can't help her because I don't have the knowledge myself. But,
to go to Google and get a pattern, she's probably not know what they are
talking about with things like figure 8 and double and single knit and such.

I suspect that if someone gives her a simple start, she'll be in good shape
till she can learn more. Kind of like what she'll find on the paper that
comes in her loom package that sighted people could just look at and work
with figuring out.

Lauren,

I'm sure there are a lot of free blanket patterns floating around on the
Internet. Have you tried searching on Ravelry or doing a Google search? This
is usually how I find most of my patterns.
