Terry and others,

 

If something comes in your mail that has been sent to you that does not have
enough postage on it to be delivered, you will be left a small paper from
your mail carrier that states. Postage due, 21 cents, you must place 21
cents in a little baggie or something and leave it for your carrier, or
something to that sort. Sometimes it goes back to post office, till they get
the extra and sometimes they do not do a thing. I am sending out yours and
Henry Tuesday, will not go in mailing till Wednesday. ProbABLY NOT ARRIVING
UNTIL next Tuesday, at least. Hopes this works for everyone, this is how it
is here.
