In Windows Live Mail, it's very easy to attach a file. Do Alt I for Insert
menu and then a for attach file. You can move around in the Insert menu and
find other things with your arrow keys too. Then, shift tab to get back over
to see what file you have attached. It's pretty self explanatory. If you use
this program and need help, let me know.

This is cool.  Using these buttons beside using the keystroke buttons.

Now is there an easy way to attach a file to an email?  I have stumbled
around trying to do it, but I find it is a lot faster to wait for my oldest
to walk by and ask him to do it.

Linda B., that is what I did yesterday to send you those 2 files.  AOL was
so much easier to do these things.

You must press f6 several times and it switches from one view to another.
Your control Y is the quickest option.
As has been said computers allow one to do things in a number of ways.
