Aw now Cathy, Henry's knitted poncho is great. We did have to figure out how 
to get the seaming right. I gave mine to a friend and she loves it. She 
tells me she wishes it was colder here so she can wear it more often.

The rain ponchos were very popular here this weekend!

Excuse my ignorance, but is a cardigan a sweater with a zipper, buttons, or
a pull-over.

Very interesting that ponchos are back in style. I remember wearing one when
I was in school that my grandma knitted for me. <smile what a nice memory>

Now our Henry does not have such a good memory concerning ponchos. He taught
this class on a poncho and the pattern was called "pleasing ponchette." We
all had so much difficulty with that pattern that I renamed it the
"displeasing poncho."
Remember that folks?
