My favorite sweater is a cardigan with a zipper. My daughter had gotten it
and then went on a diet! Lucky me got her hand downs![big smile here]

There are lots of cardigan sweaters with zippers, especially for men.

Cardigans are probably my favorite items of clothing. Usually they have
buttons in the front or they can be completely open with no closures. I've
never seen a cardigan with a zipper; generally people would call those
sweaters or sweatshirts.

I feel kind of silly saying this, but I'm still really confused at why these
knitted items are called ponchos. ... When I think of a poncho, I think of
the things you wear when it's raining so you don't get wet, not a wrap or
sweater.

recesses of their minds, wake in the day to find that it was vanity:
but the dreamers of the day are dangerous men, for they may act on their
dreams with open eyes, to make them possible." T. E. Lawrence
