[Nfb-krafters-korner] Happy Halloween

I hope everyone has fun today if you are Trick or Treating, handing out the
candy or just sitting around in the dark.

Halloween means so much more to me now then when I was a kid.  I was
diagnosed with my diabetes it will be 57 years [when I was 7] and I spendt
Thanksgiving week in the hospital.  After that Halloween was very much down
played for me.  Good thing my brothers were 5 and 7 years older then me.

I live this Holiday thru the children that shared my home and my kids and
now thru my Princesses.  The Prince is a bit too far to join in here.

It does bring back memories of good times with my kids and John.  Did I tell
you about when he sat on the front steps in our first house with the hourse
stick poking out of his sweatshirt?  He work evenings so he didn't get to be
home many Halloween nights.  In the neighborhood we lived in my best friend
lived up the street and I walked the kids around.  Well Priscilla was
handing out candy to the kids and plastic cups of wine to the adults.  By
the time we made it up and back one of our older lady neighbors was stopped
in front of our house speaking loudly as she did and asked her daughter Who
is that sitting on the Kane's steps? Her daughter answered, That's John!
She replied, "He is a goodJack a...

So I will be sitting in the dark tonight and remembering all of it with
smiles on my face.
