In the spring the clocks spring forward (loose an hour) and in fall, they fall back, (gain an hour).

For standard time which December will be here in the USA is that adding an hour or taking away an hour from the above times??  For USA that would be not changing, but the others???

Presently, the UK is 5 hours ahead of Eastern Time, Cape town is 6 hours ahead of Eastern Time and Sydney is 14 hours ahead of us hear in the Eastern US.
 
 
Although, this all changes with the end of Daylight Saving Time.  But 
 
With that in mind, I wonder if something like 4 PM Eastern might be a good time?  That would make it 6 AM in Sydney, 9 PM in the UK, and 10 PM in Cape Town.  Well, at least for now it does.
