I would like to participate.  I don't think I can afford international
shipping, so I would be ok with a gift exchange with someone in the USA.

The gift exchange is a separate activity from the Christmas party. It is
open only to our group. It will be complicated enough as is with just us.
Adding outsiders simply makes it way to uncontrollable. It is completely
optional. 

If anyone has not had an opportunity to give your input on what you would
like to do, please do so as soon as possible. Signing up for the gift
exchange will begin shortly.
