I wish you the very best. you are a strong woman and I know you will
eventually learn to use the implants and be able to understand words.
Meanwhile, keep up your spirits with lots of craft projects. 
Post and let us know how you are doing whenever you are able. You do use a
magnifying program with your computer don't you?
