Thanks to both you and Sarah Mallery for making the chapter available in
both auditory and text.  I am going to read it and plan to attend on the 28.
Well that is if I do not fall asleep before it is time to dial in.

Sarah Mallery has just made a text version of chapter 2, A Drunkard's Path
available to anyone who would like to read it in this format. If you prefer
braille reading you might  like this option. It is a .rtf file so should be
readable no matter which text editor you use to read it. the file is
attached.
