Kebbie, you can make a little money with hand-crafted items, but not a
living unless you are really artistic.  Craft shows often recommend that you
double the price of your materials.  If you shop for sales, you can easily
tripple the materials price if the items are done well. Clearly, the better
quallity the work is, the more value it has, and the more original the
design, the better.    And this is just the beginning of things you can take
into consideration.  
Ramona So perhaps double the retale price of materials would work.
