Greg, Uncle Steve lived far longer than his diagnosis aloud. He had cancer all through him and suffered much with many surgeries. But he and his wife decided to fight. So they put themselves on a Micro biotic diet. That and much prayer extended his life and his enjoyment of life for many years. Every time he walked in his doctor's office he would give him a look like how are you even here? He just determined to live and enjoy his life and he sure did. No regrets when he died, from a heart attack that no one detected before.

See you soon Uncle Steve, smile. Meaning, before anyone panicks, there is no time in heaven. So though Uncle Steve died in the early 90s, When I go see him it will be like we never were apart.

I am hoping to make this fact more widely known. A couple years ago, we had a man in our area who was being denied treatment for his breast cancer. The way his insurance rules read, it only covered women and the way Medicaid rules were written, those guidelines also excluded men. I have to admit that I did not know this fact prior to that incident. But, those in the power to make rules should have. Thank you for sharing. I hope he is doing well now.

Greg, my most beloved Uncle Steve had his breast removed. Yes indeed it 
affects men as well.

Have you signed up yet? Have you ordered your yarn yet? Are you getting 
excited yet? I hope all of the answers are yes. But, if they are not, it is 
time to get busy and get them all done. The crochet technique is simple. It 
will just take a little time and is a great time to honor those affected by 
breast cancer both male and female. Yes. Breast cancer is a male condition 
too. I’ll be looking forward to working with all of you very soon. October 5 
will be here before you know it!
