Hello all, 

Yes, I know this will be a disappointment to all of you who signed up, but unfortunately class must be canceled. I feel that you deserve to know why, so I will explain.

When you share a copy writed pattern you must get permission from the pattern author before doing so. I sadly did not do this. I did attempt to contact Renee but was unable to find her email address on her website or in her book. She was also not in my address book. At that point the thing I should have done was to drop the idea of teaching the class, but I went ahead with it instead. I have apologized to Renee for my mishandling of the situation and now am apologizing to you.

While writing to Renee I asked her if she would mind teaching the pattern for us herself. She may decide to do so if students are willing to purchase her pattern. I have asked her for suggestions as to how I might teach this class to you myself in a way that would be acceptable to her. 

So my hope is that this class will be offered sometime next year. So if you have already purchased your supplies, just keep them handy and I will let you know more when I have more to tell you.

In the meantime, sorry to disappoint you. I take full responsibility for mishandling this situation.
