We used to do something similar to this but with a small drawstring bag.

Here are several other options to include in these little survival kits.

To All Members.

Below I am listing a great Gift Box Suggestion that is inexpensive and easy
to create that I wanted to pass along. I call it the Toothpick Box and hope
you like it.

Toothpick Box

Use the small, inexpensive boxes sold at all craft stores for about $1.00
like Consumer Crafts sells for $1.37. Stain or paint the entire box your
choice of color and place a small piece of fabric inside on the bottom and
fill the box with the following and type the message and place message on
lid of box. Great for extra gifts for the holidays.

In this box you will find the following:

A toothpick, because you always pick out the best in everything.

A rubber band to remind you to be flexible,, everything will work out.

A pencil to remind you to list your blessings.

An eraser, to remind you everyone makes mistakes.

A glue stick to let you know to stick to things.

A bandaid to heal all hurts.

A tea bag to let you know to take time for yourself.

A candy kiss because you deserve a kiss.

This box is full of love which reminds me of you.

Enjoy this cute craft.

Terry K.
