and tell me what you had problems with on the project and I'll see if I can 
help. I took that class also so might understand your problem.

Greg, I have wanted to do nplastic canvas for years and have never been
successful.  I even messed up on the directions Joyce gave us.  I hope you
will shafre with us.

I got as a gift a plastic canvas pattern and am working on that. I cut my
own plastic canvas very slowly one rib at a time. Did I mess up? Yes. The
first two squares are in my scrap bag to be reused. But, I got it done.
Learning a new stitch and will share it sometime in the future when I feel
really comfortable with it. It makes a gift box complete with ribbon around
it (stitched).

Let's get back to crafting.  Division is planning a membership meeting in
October  so watch for the notice on that.

Come on this Monday at 9 PM for our Chat on the Chapter titled "Drunker's
Path" from the book, Sewing Can be Dangerous and some other threads"   There
will be a brief discussion on the Quilt vlock called the Drunker's Path.  I
hope to give a class on this block after the first of the year.

We switched the date for the Ghost lollipop toppers to October 12th.

It is almost October, has anyone started any new winter projects [knitting,
sewing, crocheting, etc.]?  Anyone working on a new pattern? New craft?

Where do you find a new project idea from? [not counting Krafters Korner]
