You usually get 8 or ten pieces in a pack of the shapes. Depending on where 
you buy it, $1.50 to $3.00 for the pack. The shapes like circle and heart 
and star would be much harder to cut from a sheet since it is like graph 
paper with uniform holes. The shapes will make some holes smaller for 
example to allow for a good shape. Crosses can be bought. But, they can be 
cut just as easily.

Does Amazon ship to your country?

I tried to find it as plastic mash, no luck.
That is convenient sizes, I thought it may be larger sheets. Are the shaped
ones the same price?

No. You can buy sheets of 7 count plastic canvas in different sizes. Some
are about the size of a piece of copy paper and others are as big as two
sheets together. It depends some on where you buy it. A sheet the size of a
single piece of paper is under a dollar U.S. You can also buy shapes of it
in circles, triangles, hearts, squares, crosses and even hexagons. It might
be called plastic mesh in your country. Do any of the online companies ship
to your country? If so, maybe we could see if they carry it The 7 count
means 7 holes per inch. There are other hole counts and they will work. But,
7 is what we normally have.

Is the plastic canvas sold per meter and what is the width?
I'm thinking of asking someone of you to send me a sample depending on the

The 7 count is the usual one in this country. That means it has 7 holes per
inch. But, if you find another "hole count" it will work too.

I got as a gift a plastic canvas pattern and am working on that. I cut my
own plastic canvas very slowly one rib at a time. Did I mess up? Yes. The
first two squares are in my scrap bag to be reused. But, I got it done.
Learning a new stitch and will share it sometime in the future when I feel
really comfortable with it. It makes a gift box complete with ribbon around
it (stitched).

Let's get back to crafting.  Division is planning a membership meeting in
October  so watch for the notice on that.

Come on this Monday at 9 PM for our Chat on the Chapter titled "Drunker's
Path" from the book, Sewing Can be Dangerous and some other threads"   There
will be a brief discussion on the Quilt vlock called the Drunker's Path.  I
hope to give a class on this block after the first of the year.

We switched the date for the Ghost lollipop toppers to October 12th.

It is almost October, has anyone started any new winter projects [knitting,
sewing, crocheting, etc.]?  Anyone working on a new pattern? New craft?

Where do you find a new project idea from? [not counting Krafters Korner]
