[Nfb-krafters-korner] Future Dropped Stitch Class

Be patient with me. People on list hear this same story every time the
subject comes up, shy smile. When I took knitting machine classes, one of
our lessons was on fixing a dropped stitch on the machine. Now mind you the
wrong side was towards you. So you couldn't readily find the dropped stitch.
So you generally have to take the piece off the machine to fix the stitch.
Then somehow put the piece back on the machine and continue.  Trust me not
for the faint of heart, smile. I have fixed, once, a dropped stich while the
piece was on the machine. And, once I put the piece back on the machine.
Just better to start again and you won't have to color your hair as often,
giggle.

Oh Cathy, control yourself.  Yes, I enjoy teaching, and I'm pleased that you
were able to learn from me.  The great thing about Krafter's Korner is that
we have a lot of great teachers.  We each have our own style of teaching
which matches up with the many different learning styles of the students.

I certainly recommend this class even before taking it. it was Annette who
taught a beginners knitting class over the phone which showed me that yes
indeed I could learn to knit. She is a well-spoken and patient teacher and I
know you will learn from her.

I would have voted for Annette as teacher of the year that year, but there
was no such voting opportunity. <smiles> are you blushing yet Annette?
