There should be a lever on the side near where the paper gets taken up that
can loosen the roller thing to except card stock.

Can anyone answer this question that has knowledge of printers, please. I
use regular printer paper in my printer and want to print on a heavier card
stock. My printer will not pick up the stock and jams my printer. Does
anyone know of an adjustment or if this is possible at all. Thanks for any
teck help I can get, much appreciated.
