[Nfb-krafters-korner] Cong. to the Taylors

Wanted to send this message to Theresa and Ken Taylor for receiving their
Convention Grants from Krafters Division. In making this choice, our
division could not be better represented at the 2016 Convention. The both
will bring a great representation of our Division and we as a group should
be pleased with the choice.
