Below is Cupcakes In a jar.

 

                Mason Jar Creamsickle  Cupcakes

 

1 box Vanilla Cake mix

½ cup water

½ cup orange juice

1 teaspoon orange zest

3 eggs

3 drops orange food coloring

24 mason jars 4 ounches or cupcake liners

 

Directions

1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2.All all items listed above to a large mixing bowl and mix until well
combined.

  About 3 minutes.

3.Fill masion jars or liners about half full and bake for 20 minutes.  Test
with a toothpick to make certain they are done.

4.Top with Orange Frosting, see below. If made in jar, cool on rack before
placing in refrigerator.

4.After frosting, place lid on mason jar and add plastic spoon on side of
jar.

 

Orange Frosting

 

Yields 1 cup

2 cups powdered sugar

2 tablespoons softened butter

2 tablespoons half and half

½ teaspoons vanilla

1 teaspoons orange zest

 

Add all items above to medium mixing bowl and will an electric mixer,
combine until fluffy. Frost cupcakes.
