[Nfb-krafters-korner] hair scrunchy class

Walmart sells them and many other places.  They are in the hair section.  They come on a card of 10 or more.  It is a streach loop, about 2 inches in diameter.  They come in black or packs of lite colors or a mixture of both.  
They are also good for putting on knitting needles when stopping a project.
They can be used to put braille labels on a item.  Wrap the dimo tape label around the alastic loope and then you can wrap the loop around anything, like a crochet hook, knitting needles...
