[Nfb-krafters-korner] Foundation single crochet stitch

Hi Carol,
I would love to learn this stitch.
The only trouble is I can't get to the chats  it's in the middle of the day
here in Aussie land and I have my stretch class at the time the chat is
held.
Is there any way after you have done the chat could you write the way to do
the foundation stitch in a email?  If not that is ok.

We are scheduled for a chat on Sept.  12th.  The only supplies you will need
is a crochet hook you are comfortable with, appropriate yarn for the hook
and a removable  stitch marker.  If you don't have a stitch marker, you can
use a paper clip, rubber band twist tie or any such item.

This is an easy stitch.  The hard part is finding instructions that can be
followed without seeing the diagram.  lol.
