The Apex should go out of terminal mode when the i_phone or whatever bluetooth device it is paired with is turned off.  

There is another reset that often fixes problems.  I think it is dots 4 5 6 chord.  But I recommend you call the technical support people to be sure you get that command right.  Ordinarily, Waiting lines on the phone are much shorter early in the morning and week days after Monday.

Hello everyone, 

I have a BrailleNote Apex with a Qwerty keyboard. 
It has power, but my problem is that my Braille display won’t come up. 
If I reset it, the words “starting keysoft” appear. then eh display disappears again.
When I used to use it, I turned off speech. 
I would appreciate any suggestions as to how to get it to come back up.
