Thanks Becky. It is day 6 and no resolution yet. Thanks for explaining back
up, it is really important if it is a hard drive back up to any device like
drop box or other, it is something we all have to do. I did back up my
documents but not programs and that is what they want and will wipe out.

So incredibly sorry dear Terry. Been through well not quite this, but yes
lost everything and am now rebuilding patterns. I just don't have the heart
to rebuild the patterns I created. 

Anyway, with the deaf-blind equipment program they don't want us to go to
Windows 10. So I am staying with seven for now anyway. 

Joyce I have a separate hard drive to back up my documents. It is 3 or 4
tarabites. That is what you need or larger in your case. Mine was like sixty
dollars or was it seventy. Worth it for peace of mind. It is a "seak it" or
similar sounding name.

I am posting these updates to the list as a caution about Windows 10 as I
know how important your computers are to all of you to take caution. It is
day 6 and no computer. Let me clear this up. I do have a basic computer but
Nothing elso, No operating syster. MS has had my computer online for 5 days
for at least 6 hours each day, and it is Impossible to reinstall the
operating system. This is the caution for each of you. Back up your system.
I did have most of my files backed up and saved. However, when they are
finished, whenever, I will loose all my programs and each have to be
reinstalled. If they can fix their system at all. This is a nightmare for me
and I just could cry. I do have my files, Thank God, but guess what, I can
not use them, send, work or do anything with them. This would be fine, if
this is something a blind person did, but it is totally MS, for some reason,
the working system is gone, so strange. I have been working with supervisors
from MS and even with their experience, nothing. Last told on Saturday, they
were taking down my Desktop but the computer would not reinstall the
operating system. So now they tell me 24 to 48 hours and they will get back
to me. They can not send anyone here closes repair Charolette NC 5 hours
from here. I can still read the list but that is all I can do. Please,
everyone, take time to back up, use a thumb drive, CD Rom, the cloud, drop
box but set some time to do this. Still no solution
