Terry, do you have the Microsoft disability line number?  The number is
800-936-5900.  The people are located in the Philopines, but their English
is adequate.  It took 6 phone calls for me to get windows ten working, and I
still had to call V F O too finish the job.  All that was in a period of 24
hours, and there are still some oddities, but I at least can use my
computer. Good luck.

Well I am posting to list because I am hoping some of you could understand
my situation and others could delete. Today is Wednesday, have not heard a
word from MS since Sunday. I am beginning to believe I have been left to my
own on this and nothing I can do. Just so frustrating.
