[Nfb-krafters-korner] OT Update

I am not installing Windows 10. I heard on the news the other night that 
they are even having problems when it comes to their camera hookups and the 
facial recognition feature.

Terry is on first name bases with most of the disability team from
Microsoft.

I can't believe it.  I have not upgraded to Windows 10, but was having
trouble with Word 2016 and contacted them.  They had a horrible job getting
my computer hooked up so they could work on my computer remotely.  Word
still doesn't do what I asked them to fix, but I think I will leave it
alone.  I am scared to put Windows 10 in it.

Terry, do you have the Microsoft disability line number?  The number is
800-936-5900.  The people are located in the Philopines, but their English
is adequate.  It took 6 phone calls for me to get windows ten working, and I
still had to call V F O too finish the job.  All that was in a period of 24
hours, and there are still some oddities, but I at least can use my
computer. Good luck.

Well I am posting to list because I am hoping some of you could understand
my situation and others could delete. Today is Wednesday, have not heard a
word from MS since Sunday. I am beginning to believe I have been left to my
own on this and nothing I can do. Just so frustrating.
