Feeling really shocked right now. Thank you Jill for finding out what
happened, warm hugs, to our Laura.

Laura and I have the same bone problems, Osteogenesis Imperfecta. If any of
you wish to give to something worthy to help us, think about the OI
Foundation.  We are the same age, been through similar things. Hits really
close to home, sorry, tears.

To read more about what Laura and I have. We have different reasons for our
blindness, but certainly on that level we communicated also. I forgot to ask
how the hearing loss happened, but probably similar to my loss.

The kids born with OI today have a better chance of living a better life
then Laura and I had. There have been several types of infusions that are
helping our kids get stronger. Still many I saw at the OI convention are in
wheelchairs. So there is more work to do.

Hi,

When Joyce mentioned easter eggs, I immediately thought of Laura Eaves.  She
was such an inspiration to  us all.  She taught her pattern to us and shared
her love with us and those who cared for her in the nursing facility.  I
googled her name and learned of her passing.  For those who might want to
