[Nfb-krafters-korner] Extra Day to LeapOT

Since I am the Strange One on list. I have to give a shout out for the once
every four year day. Monday is Leap Day. As for me I will spend the day
leaping. Do something Monday that you do not do but every four years, even
Leap, but make the unusual day a fun happy day. After all it is extra.
