I've had a couple of eGift cards from Walmart.  I printed them out and gave 
them to the cashier when I checked out.  those were the instructions given 
on the printed out form.  I was able to read the paper with my Kurzweil 
program.  The instructions as to what to do are on the paper for the 
cashier.  When I used them, the cashiers were confused at first, but they 
followed the instructions and were successful with them.  We learn something 
new every day.

I don't know if the email can be forwarded to someone else's mailbox. 
That's a new one on me.  Wish I could help you there.  Good luck with it.
