You have officers to help you.  Why cann't one of them, send out an e-mail, weekly, listing all the events for the week?
Many of us work and hardly have time to keep up with the list and all its classes.  I was just letting you know why there were no people at the chat.  I was away, but I did not even know about the event.
I had heard of it possibly happening, but no word as to when.
Have your board help you out.  That is what they are there for!

It is in no way my wish to argue this point. I have said before that the website is this thing off over in another place that I have no reason to visit for all group activity except class sign up and this calendar. To me, the process is cumbersome, requires extra action, and in my opinion is ineffective. Would an employer ask an employee to participate in one place with all the workers and then say oh yeah, don't forget to go by that building on the south side of campus and see if there's possibly something you might want to know. And, for the person who has limited computer sills, throw in the added notion of and we know you don't drive and will have to walk but check south building anyway. It's just how I feel.

There are to many places to look for things now. I never saw it listed in e-mails either. I never go to the website except to the upcoming classes page because I don't want to check each day for say a month out. I'm lazy I guess. But, it is the fact.

It was on the calendar on the website.  It was mentioned in at least 2 emails that was sent to the list.

No you are correct a separate email was not sent to this list just announcing the Saturday afternoon chat for Saturday.

It has already been mentioned now for next week's Saturday Chat.  I gave the wrong date, but it will be the 3rd Saturday at 3 PM Eastern time 605 781

We will try having some more to see if we get any folks.  We need to come up with a topic or pick one and repeat it that was done for the third week in February on Saturday Feb. 17th  at 3 PM Eastern time.
