Terri K.
I do have the chain stitch. I admit that I switched up to an N hook but that
made it easier to feel the parts of the stitch for me. I did not switch from
the 4 ply yarn. I plan to start moving down hook sizes when I can get a K. I
have E, F, G, H, that came together in a package. I had the N here at home
for some reason. I want to step down slowly. I have cut and tied the end of
my chains with hopes of finding a use for them. I don't care that they don't
look the best I am proud of them. Maybe a fan pull would be ok in a
bedroom.Looking forward to Wednesday's class.
Smiles,
Shelbi

Shelby,

Please tell me how you are doing making the chain stitch. Do we need to
repeat the chain class again, if those of you are having difficulty making
the chain. It is no big deal to repeat the class. As I said we will not
continue until the slowest person gets the way to do it. The others can
practice while I reteach the chain, it is no big deal. I think Carol's chat
showed everyone you really can make some great things with learning just a
few stitches. I also will work one on one with anyone who needs it, if you
will let me know. I worked with Jill today for about 15 minutes and she got
it real well. This can not be learned by notes or email I have to talk you
thru it. So please let me know you might need a little more time.

Terry K
