As you get older you need to exercise your mind and hands.  You don't want
to get arthritic  hands and forget everything.  Well I forget somethings,
but I concentrate on exercising the hands, arms by sending emails and busy
with my crafting.  

Save yourself from arthritic  hands, buy more craft supplies.  Practice
remembering where you left that pattern...
