[Nfb-krafters-korner] Board Request

Very well said Cortney. I have been in other organizations where the board 
and/or elected officers have taken a more active role in that organization.
And, if a member had to be spoken to regarding some matter, it was done 
privately by phone oor e mail. Many times I've seen members quit because 
they were publicly humiliated by someone on the board or by an officer.

Serving as an officer is more than having a title that looks good on a
resume or in an obituary. The purpose of serving is to listen to the
members, continually work to make the division better, etc. if you are too
busy to work in the division, I ask you to please submit your resignation &
let someone else serve out your term.
