[Nfb-krafters-korner] Question about offerings from Horizons

I have been communicating with Dale at blind mice mega mall about the lack
of meaningful descriptions of their craft books.  He has added to some of
the descriptions after getting more info.  The books don't say where the
patterns come from or who wrote them.  I find that a little disconcerting.
I also found no abbreviation list in his books.  Any time I have read a
braille knitting book or had a print one read to me, there is always an
abbreviation list.  That is why I didn't know what the m stood for.  The
prices are reasonable, and I am planning to make my daughter a hooded poncho
from one of his books soon.

Another site you might want to check out is www.blindmicemegamall.com.
There are several different stores to shop frim, but check out Blind Book
Stop. That store has many books available in Braille or electronic text. Be
warned......that site is addictive! Lol
