it's really just cooking.

Do you know about dehydrating foods?

I have a dehydrator, but haven't used it much.  If there is somebody with
knowledge that is a chat I would like.

Nella, your presitation and information last night was very good.  Food
preservation is becoming a lost art.  I am so glad some are continuing to
dabble in it.  It was such a vital part of my life when I was younger and
rearing my daughters.
