You asked for it, so why are you not giving it a try?  Need more then one
class to check out how folks like it and if it works...

7 days left.  Find a quick and easy project, pick out a date by next Friday,
promote your class here on the list, let folks know what they will need,
collect the students names and do more promoting on our Facebook, email
list, twitter, stop your neighbors out in the street and get going.

Doen't just sit there and daydream.  Get going!  You asked for it.
