[Nfb-krafters-korner] convention

>From my understanding from what was briefly mentioned during the first
portion of Monday nights chat, when Krafters Korner was established this
division was told that we needed a constitution & the constitution for the
NFB was adopted.  I have never received a copy of the constitution,
therefore I am going strictly by what was discussed Monday night & what has
been posted to the list.

I am speaking my opinion & hope this matter can be resolved quickly.
