[Nfb-krafters-korner] questions I can answer

Krafters Korner was envisioned for crafters from everywhere who were blind.
We don't ask their race creed nor national or local affiliation. That needs
to be super clear to leadership of all places in the group as any of us can
take the lead to teach. That was made clear to me as I would not have
invited my friends from other groups here.

I was asked what board positions will be up for election, if you read the
Constitusion you will already know, but Presiden, First Vice President,
Second Vice President,Treasurer & Secretary.

Two years ago when I was home with a broken ankle, Cathy and I attended the
board meeting via telephone conference.  I contacted NFB in Baltimore and
was advised what I had to do in order to do this.  We followed what we were
told and Theresa Taylor, First Vice President asked the question that needed
to be asked in order for me to run the meeting along with Theresa's help.
Elections were held and both Cathy & I were not allowed to vote.  There was
no tie so we were not faced with the President having to cast a vote to
brake a tie.

I have spoken to the board members Theresa has agreed to stay on as First
VP, Cathy has agreed to stay on as Second VP.  Ramona has spoken to me and
Cathy regarding staying on the board and possibly switching with Cathy's
position, but Jill had spoken to me regarding stepping up higher on the
board and would like to run as Secretary.  Cindy had spoken to me regarding
not running for Treasurer, but then contacted me at the beginning of 2016
saying she will do another term as treasurer.  Lisa Marie had contacted me
and spoke about her life being to busy and considering stepping down, but
has not sent me anything as of yet, stating she will step down and that
leaves me which I had plans on running for another 2 years, but not sure
after that.

I will be sending out another notice later today, but I need to speak to a
few folks first.
