Hello and thanks to all who have made suggestions and otherwise helped to
give the board some direction in how to approach our current situation. It
is appreciated and we will certainly get to work on it as soon as we can.

 

Meanwhile, reflect on how much we have grown and changed over the past eight
years and realize that change is a continuing part of our growth as a
division.
