Here are some comments on your comments:
I tried the site using both IE and Firefox, and Jaws only says "required" in
the form fields. It would be helpful if it would identify the type of
information required.

What is needed in each edit box is listed above the box not inside the box.
So if you arrow down it will say Name And then the box.

It would also be helpful if the form could automatically fill in the title,
date and time of the class for the registration.

This is something being looked at, but you just might have to fill that in
your self. The fact is there is one form for all the classes and when you
hit sign up it brings you to that one form. A form would have to be created
for each class.

The one thing you can remember is that when you open a page it stays open.
So if you open the calendar page you will have the dates and if you open the
current classes both of them are open. I believe I was told you need to
control tab between open pages.

I don't know if they put it up as of yet, but it was suppose to be a note
about copying and pasting the name of the class to put in the form, your
subject line and add the time of the class to the subject line.

On the class list page, would it be possible to list the classes so that the
classes closest to sign up expiration dates are at the top? The classes used
to be listed by category, which was also helpful.

The classes are listed according to date. That is the way I insisted they
do it. The only thing is there are no dates listed just the name of the
classes.

There is a page for Terry K's class on March 17 but no sign up form. I asked
her to be enrolled.

We didn't know if there would be enough time for sign up and Terry took it
on herself to advertise her class and ask for sign up.

We might just have to get folks to get use to these new ways, until we get
more things figured out.

The folks involved on the website team did a heck of a job in less them one
month getting it all set and ready to go live.

We appreciate your comments and questions so keep them coming and we will
try keeping you informed.

Joyce

Subject: Happy Birthday!

Hi Joyce,

I hope you are having a wonderful birthday. Here's wishing you the best from
Texas!

After just signing up for four classes on the new site, I would like to
share a few suggestions.

information required. It would also be helpful if the form could
automatically fill in the title, date and time of the class for the

Knitting is well covered so I have been thinking about fun loom, bead or
crochet classes. The schedule seems to be filling up fast. It's great to see
so many different offerings.

Kare
