Fast Yarn Easter Eggs

 

Make these with real egg, drained, or plastic ones and a little yarn.

 

If using real eggs, clean and dry and poke small hole on either end and
drain inside egg to use elsewhere. Or gently blow thru top hole to drain.
Gently wash inside and allow to dry.

Use plastic eggs.

Select different yarn colors and starting at top of egg. Paint some tacky
glue on top portion on egg and start winding yarn around the glued area.
Work a small area at a time using defend colors of yarn and before you know
it you will have made yarn eggs for the baskets or as decorations. This
works out really pretty with making a one solid color yarn, like blue and
making yellow stripes in the middle.
