[Nfb-krafters-korner] sign up for classes form now speaks!

For those new folks, please do change the spin box to yes.  It will say
something like spinbox and hit enter on that and then use your arrow key to
change it.

Hi all,

Thanks to Ken, the class sign up form now will speak the fields that need to
be filled in. the only thing that does not speak at the moment is the combo
box asking if this is your first class. however, Jaws does say the word
"no," which is the highlighted choice. So simply tab past it and you are
good to go!
