I'm not sure about the looms from Horizons, but I do know that when I
bought my looms from Walmart & Amazon the looms came as a set of four with
a loom hook & tapestry needle. The cost was around $20 for the set.

My suggestion is to get a set of these looms & decide if they are right for
you before buying the more expensive looms. I would hate for you to spend
so much on a better made loom & dislike  it

With the set, your options are greater than with just one loom. As for the
spool loom, purchase that if you want. The cost is about $5. Again, the
project options are fairly limited. There was a class taught last year
using the spool loom to make Christmas ornaments & you can also make I
cords using the spool loom.
