Just be forewarned that duct tape could possibly damage the finish on 
furniture since these days some of it is little more than a printed on 
picture on a very thin surface. Proceed with caution.

I shared this with Joyce and wanted to post it to everyone else. If you have
trailing wires, measure the end or the plug to make sure it will fit then
get PVC or plastic pipe about one inch wide to slide your wire into and then
duct tape the pipe to dresser or table or whatever. Slide the cords or wires
in and out and problem is solved. Decorate with stickers if you want. You
can also use gift wrapping tubes but not as sturdy. Wares safe and
organized.
