[Nfb-krafters-korner] Off topic blindfolded

Good Morning Jody and Nella;
Since losing my sight, I realize that I have become more aware of my sense
of 360 hearing.
I probably didn't use it that much when I could see, except for when I was
driving.
Maybe there was some truth to the saying that our Parents had eyes (and
ears) in the backs of their heads.

Hello Nella,

I am also a martial arts instructor. We would regularly have our students
wear a blindfold to become more aware of what was around them 360°. When
students only focused on what was in front of them it was easy to sneak up
behind them so we were trying to make the more aware of what was behind
them. I always enjoyed those classes.
